摘 要本次专业技能训练主要训练学生独立自主完成浮法玻璃的设计及制备的技能。训练过程中在指导老师的培训及指导下,在同组同学的配合下相对独立地完成了浮法玻璃的配方选择及配料计算、配合料的制备及均匀的检测、玻璃升温制度的确定及玻璃的制备、玻璃成分的检测等实验过程,并完成了本报告。配合料均匀度测试结果显示,均匀度达到合格标准,混料工艺选择合理。成分检测结果显示,各氧化物成分略有大小不同的偏差,均在允许波动范围内。总体结果说明,本次技能训练本人能独立完成浮法玻璃的制备过程,并制备出较为合格的玻璃制品,达到了技能训练的目的。关键词:配料;升温;检测;成分分析AbstractThe main training students independent complete professional skills training the skills of the design and preparation of float glass.
