互联网保险的法律规制问题研究【摘要】在互联网技术的快速发展之下，为了快速融入适应信息化时代，诸多传统行业纷纷开始利用新兴技术改革创新，在我国发展较晚的保险行业也及时抓住机会，发展互联网保险。但随着互联网保险行业的蓬勃发展，一个又一个的问题接踵而至，特别是互联网保险相关的法律问题严重阻碍了互联网保险的发展脚步。本文将以互联网保险相关法律问题为研究内容，通过对互联网保险的现状及发展进行分析，对现有互联网保险法律进行深入探究，剖析现有互联网保险法律存在的问题，对一些由于法律问题而产生的事件进行分析，找出法律完善方向与方法，提出初步完善建议，杜绝相关事件的重演，为促进中国互联网保险的长远健康发展塑造良好的法律环境。【关键词】互联网保险；保险法律；保险注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： 。Research on the legal regulation of Internet insurance [Abstract] With the rapid development of Internet technology, in order to quickly adapt to the information age, many traditional industries have begun to use the new technology reform and innovation, and the insurance industry which develops later in China also timely seize the opportunity to develop Internet insurance.
