广州居民养老保险现状研究【摘要】 目的：对广州市部分居民进行调查，了解居民的养老保险参保、购买情况、认知水平、满意度以及期望情况，为如何提升广州居民的养老保险参与水平提出建议。方法：采用派发问卷的方法，共发放调查问卷 300 份，回收有效问卷262 份，有效回收率为 87.3%。利用 excel 进行数据录入，建立图表，对结果进行分析。结果：居民的社会基本养老保险参保率比较高，但存在对社会保险认识水平较低、参保水平较低的问题；居民对养老体系的第二、第三支柱参与度低，不重视二者对养老保障的补充作用。居民的商业保险信任度偏低，现有的商业养老保险保障不足，不能满足居民的养老需求；居民认为养老保险仍有需要改进的地方结论：政府应继续积极推进社会基本养老保险制度的改革，大力推动养老保障体系的共同发展，针对居民了解薄弱的部分加强宣传力度；保险公司要提供市场导向的商业养老保险产品。【关键词】社会养老保险；商业养老保险；广州；调查 Research on the current situation of endowment insurance of Guangzhou residents[Abstract] Objective: To investigate part of residents in Guangzhou, to understand the participation, purchase, cognitive level, satisfaction and expectation of residents' endowment insurance, and to make suggestions on how to improve the participation level of Guangzhou residents' endowment insurance.
