广东省医药企业专利保险需求与发展建议【摘要】医药产业在广东省的经济发展中产生的效益不断增加，医药市场上日益激烈的专利竞争引起了社会对专利保险的重视。广东省政府在推进专利保险试点工作的过程中，时常面临着专利保险“叫好不叫座”的问题，影响了我省医药企业的专利保险需求。本文试图在现有专利保险理论和实证研究的基础上，厘清制约广东省医药企业专利保险需求问题的关键。在理清专利保险发展脉络的同时，从我省内各地区专利发展实际作为出发点，通过比较国内外各国家或地区的医药企业专利保险发展的轮廓，为扩大广东省医药企业专利保险市场需求提供科学可行的对策建议。【关键词】专利保险；医药企业；专利权；保险需求Patent insurance demand and development suggestions for pharmaceutical enterprises in Guangdong Province:[Abstract] The benefits of the pharmaceutical industry in the economic development of Guangdong Province are increasing. The increasingly fierce patent competition in the pharmaceutical market has attracted the attention of the society to patent insurance. In the process of promoting the pilot work of patent insurance, Guangdong provincial government is often faced with the problem of "good or bad" patent insurance, which affects the patent insurance demand of pharmaceutical enterprises in Guangdong Province.Based on the existing patent insurance theory and empirical research, this paper attempts to clarify the key factors that restrict the patent insurance demand of pharmaceutical enterprises in Guangdong Province.
