车险人伤理赔中的人工智能应用初探【摘要】中国汽车保险发展至今已经历了三十年,在人民生活水平不断提升的过程中,科技发展速度也不断加快,汽车的保有量和使用量也大大提高,出险频率也逐年增长,特别是出险案件大部分涉及到三者的伤残,所以,若要完成车险伤人理赔工作,保险公司的作用是尤为重要的,传统的人伤理赔程序和机制已无法满足当今的理赔现状,则保险行业引进了新时代下的产物-人工智能[1]。本文主要采用文献研究法、实地考察法、案例分析法三大方法,研究保险公司推出的人工智能应用如何作用于车险人伤理赔。在人工智能加持下的车险人伤理赔时效同比和环比皆有不小的提高,在缩减人工成本的同时还推动了企业利润的增长;员工的压力相对减轻,对公司的归属感增强;帮助三者更快速拿到合理的赔偿,提升了服务质量和水平。车险行业的生存环境得到改善。【关键词】 智能;远程识别;时效;理赔Preliminary Study on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Auto Insurance[Abstract] China's auto insurance has been developing for 30 years.
