车险人伤理赔管理策略探讨【摘要】车险人伤理赔管理密切关系到理赔质量及效率,一直以来都是保险理赔工作的难点重点。本文主要从当前中国车险人伤理赔管理的现状及存在问题进行研究,参考美国和日本的相关经验,结合笔者在保险企业实习所见所闻,主要从车险人伤理赔各相关利益方和人伤理赔过程来发现现实存在问题,深入分析问题的源头,并结合我国国情探讨改进车险人伤理赔管理的措施,从保险企业内部管理和外部环境的角度提出改进理赔管理的措施,力求保障被保险人保险权益,改进人伤理赔工作,提高人伤赔付及调解的效率,为客户提供更优质周到的理赔服务,为保险公司减损并提高经营效益,提升保险业在群众中的印象,发挥保险保障功能。【关键词】车险;人伤;理赔管理1Discussion on automobile insurance people's injury management strategy【 Abstract 】Automobile insurance claims management is closely related to the quality and efficiency of claims, and has always been the focus of insurance claims.
