车险理赔中保险科技运用现状研究【摘要】自 20 世纪 80 年代,我国车险业务量持续攀涨,索赔申请量也随之上升,长期的恶性理赔环境,形成“理赔难”问题普遍存在。传统的理赔模式已经受到人们诟病,保险业迫切改变目前车险理赔现状。以此背景,保险科技的发展与介入给保险业提供解决问题的突破口,车险生态圈有待完善。保险科技的运用将会促使车险理赔环节更加简易化、透明化,客户服务体验更加多层次、多全面,“数字化”车险理赔布局更加迅速。本文通过对比分析国内外车险理赔中保险科技运用的案例,找出我国在此方面的不足,探讨我国保险科技如何更进一步赋能与理赔环节和服务,之后运用 SWOT 分析车险理赔运用保险科技状况;最后结合前述国外成功案例的经验,为我国“车险理赔+保险科技”的发展带来启示和建议。【关键词】车险理赔;保险科技;车险理赔服务Research on the Status Quo of Insurance Technology Application in Auto Insurance Claims[Abstract]Since the 1980s, China's car insurance business volume has continued to rise, and so has the number of claims. The long-term malignant claims settlement environment, the problem of "difficult claims settlement" is widespread. The traditional claims model has been criticized by people, and the insurance industry is urgently changing the current status of auto insurance claims. Against this background, the development and involvement of insurance technology provides a breakthrough for the insurance industry to solve problems, and the auto insurance ecosystem needs to be improved.
