摘 要近几年,槟榔芋的营养价值与药用价值、市场所需量以及收入都稳步上升,给当地很多种植户带来了很多高收益,导致越来越多的农户都选择去发展种植槟榔芋,以至于槟榔芋各种病害的爆发率也随之增长,为了能够有效的防治槟榔芋所带来的病虫害,将对其槟榔芋菌株病原菌进行分子鉴定,本次试验材料是实验室前期从槟榔芋叶片和叶柄病健交界处分离得到的 7 株病原菌进行试验,通过形态特征、生长特性、理化特征、DNA 测序、分子鉴定、序列分析比对等进行初步鉴定,得出这些菌株都具有一定的耐盐耐热性,最适宜生长温度 37℃,具运动性,为杆状、兼性好氧菌、革兰氏阳性菌。葡萄糖提供最佳碳源,甘露醇、蔗糖依次、蛋白胨、酵母提供菌株利用氮源。最后根据对比基因库得出菌株 CPB-001 为斯卡氏鸟状芽孢杆菌, CPB-004 为巴伦戈尔茨拟杆菌,而 CPB-010、CPB-012、CPB-022、CPB-023 则为同一菌属芽孢杆菌。田间回接所有菌株球茎腐烂,腐烂程度不同,对叶片无反应。关键词:槟榔芋;生理生化;分子鉴定AbstractIn recent years, the nutritional value, medicinal value, market demand and income of areca taro have increased steadily, which has brought a lot of high profits to many local farmers, resulting in more and more farmers choosing to grow areca taro, so that the outbreak rate of various diseases of areca taro has also increased.
