格力电器股份有限公司资本结构分析研究摘 要伴随着“中国制造 2025”重大战略部署的提出,实行制造业创新中心建设工程、智能制造工程、工业强基工程、绿色制造工程、高端装备创新工程五个工程，加快把我国建设成为引领世界制造业发展的制造强国，已成为企业改革创新的指路标。格力电器积极抓住国家发展的尾巴,调整其思路进行转型发展。转型发展必然要解决企业的资金来源,资本结构就是企业资金需求的出发点。本文以珠海格力电器股份有限公司作为研究对象，采用文献分析法和对比分析法，对格力电器的资本结构进行分析。首先，解释资本结构对企业发展的重要性；其次，讲述国内外学者对资本结构的研究、资本结构的相关理论和格力电器基本情况；再次，通过从债务结构、权益结构、财务杠杆和融资结构四个方面对格力电器进行纵横向对比分析，发现其资本结构存在债务规模高、负债期限结构不合理、融资方式单一、财务杠杆利用不充分问题，并对其存在的问题进行原因分析；最后，从调整负债规模、提高债务结构的稳定性、构建多元化融资体系以及充分利用杠杆效应四个方面对格力电器的资本结构提出具有针对性的优化建议。关键词:格力电器；资本结构；债务结构；融资结构；财务杠杆ⅠCapital Structure Analysis of Gree Electric Appliances Co., LTD.AbstractWith the proposal of the major strategic deployment of the "Made in China 2025" , five projects, namely, the construction of the manufacturing innovation center, the intelligent manufacturing project, the strong industrial base project, the Green manufacturing project, and the high-end Equipment Innovation Project, will be implemented, speeding up the construction of China as a manufacturing power leading the development of the world's manufacturing industry has become the guiding sign of enterprise reform and innovation.
