本科论文摘 要房地产行业在我国国民经济建设中起着举足轻重的作用，对该行业上市公司的财务绩效评价也得到了国家及社会的广泛关注。利益的驱动加速了房地产企业数量的增长，而企业间的剧烈竞争却放缓了房地产的发展速度，形势的骤变给企业的财务管理和经营管理带来更多挑战。因此，房地产企业在寒潮之下如何做好财务绩效的评价工作，对企业的发展具有重要战略意义。研究发现，国内外学者对房地产上市公司财务绩效研究的广度和深度都存在一定的不足，本文则是在充分阅读相关文献之后，对阳光城上市公司的财务绩效展开实证研究。文章介绍了财务绩效的相关理论和国内外文献综述，结合我国出台的有关房地产行业的政策，以阳光城上市公司为案例，借助 Spss 统计软件对样本数据进行财务分析，运用比率分析等方法对企业的财务绩效展开评价，力图发现整个房地产行业发展过程中存在的共同问题，并提出合理化建议，以期为房地产行业上市公司的财务管理提供理论参考。 关键词：房地产，财务绩效，实证研究，问题对策 本科论文AbstractThe real estate industry plays an important role in China's national economic construction, and the financial performance evaluation of Listed Companies in this industry has also been widely concerned by the state and society.
