摘 要随着粤港澳大湾区建设的进一步发展，大湾区里的企业可能会有无限发展公司的机遇，同时也可能会面临着更加严峻的挑战。企业要把握好机遇的同时也要积极应对挑战，企业必须充分利用各种经济资源，认真做好企业经营管理工作，不断提高经营管理的能力。良好的经营管理能使企业充分利用所拥有的各种资源，合理配置资源，更好的满足社会的需求，能取得更好的经济收益，更好的提高企业竞争力。本文通过对广东国立科技公司的经营管理能力的了解，再透过新材料行业和公司经营管理的现状，从而发现企业经营管理存在的问题，最后提出一些改善的建议。问题表现在：生产成本偏高；货币资金使用效率低下；营业周期较长；市场竞争加剧，同类型产品出现等问题。接着针对存在的问题，提出一些改善的建议：合理控制成本费用，转移成本重心；提高资金使用效率；缩短存货与应收账款周转天数；时刻保持技术创新占据市场优势。关键词：粤港澳大湾区 新材料企业 经营管理1Abstract With the further development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, companies in the Greater Bay Area may have unlimited opportunities to develop companies, and may also face more severe challenges.
