摘 要随着粤港澳大湾区建设的进一步发展,大湾区里的企业可能会有无限发展公司的机遇,同时也可能会面临着更加严峻的挑战。企业要把握好机遇的同时也要积极应对挑战,企业必须充分利用各种经济资源,认真做好企业经营管理工作,不断提高经营管理的能力。良好的经营管理能使企业充分利用所拥有的各种资源,合理配置资源,更好的满足社会的需求,能取得更好的经济收益,更好的提高企业竞争力。本文通过对广东国立科技公司的经营管理能力的了解,再透过新材料行业和公司经营管理的现状,从而发现企业经营管理存在的问题,最后提出一些改善的建议。问题表现在:生产成本偏高;货币资金使用效率低下;营业周期较长;市场竞争加剧,同类型产品出现等问题。接着针对存在的问题,提出一些改善的建议:合理控制成本费用,转移成本重心;提高资金使用效率;缩短存货与应收账款周转天数;时刻保持技术创新占据市场优势。关键词:粤港澳大湾区 新材料企业 经营管理1Abstract With the further development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, companies in the Greater Bay Area may have unlimited opportunities to develop companies, and may also face more severe challenges.
