摘要我国随着经济的快速增长，大型施工企业逐渐扩大规模，并加入到了国际竞争行列中。从财务管理的角度来看，成本效益率的问题会逐渐显露出来，大型的企业开始依靠信息技术的发展，解决因为规模的扩大而带来的一系列问题比如，分支机构的管控问题、成本过高和效率过低等。财务共享中心是通过一个全新的财务流程角度，成立的一个能够处理一些简单并且重复的财务基础工作的的财务流程角度，这需要借助信息技术来打破旧的财务流程。这样的建设可以解决由于规模扩大所带来的部分问题。本文采用了文献和案例分析相结合的方法，以我国建筑企业 YY 集团建设财务共享中心为研究对象，基于对财务共享服务中心的相关文献归纳总结，对其有了新的理解和认知。以 YY 集团作为研究对象，分析了目前 YY 集团建设财务共享服务中心的现状。重点对财务共享服务的管理组织模式、业务流程管理、企业管控力度以及信息系统方面等进行了分析。从组织架构的缺陷、财务流程制度的统筹融合、信息系统的平台建设等方面对 YY 集团财务共享服务中心在建设过程中发现的问题进行分析。最后对这些问题进行了规划，提出了优化措施，并进行了对本论文的总结。关键词：大数据时代 财务共享服务中心 YY 集团AbstractWith the rapid economic growth in China, large-scale construction enterprises gradually expand their scale and invest in international competition.
