摘要资金在企业生存与发展中扮演着重要角色，房地产行业更加是以资金作为发展的第一要素。本文首先对房地产融资的相关概念进行阐述然后分析了我国房地产融资的特点和现状，其次把万科集团多元化融资案例作为研究对象。从万科集团公司概况及融资背景，选择多元化融资组合方式，多元化融资渠道的动因以及多元化融资成效的进行分析。全面分析了万科的融资策略，可供其他房地产企业借鉴，取长补短，开拓多元化的融资渠道，具有较强的推广性和实用性。关键词：房地产企业，融资模式，融资环境AbstractCapital plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.
