本科论文摘 要近年来，房地产行业在国家宏观经济稳步发展的同时，也取得了快速发展，资金能否得到充分有效的利用决定了企业能否稳健发展，本文针对房地产企业的股权融资效率展开研究，在一系列的理论基础之上，从多个方面探讨了股权融资效率的影响因素，并讨论了我国房地产企业的股权融资状况，发现金融市场环境不完善、股权结构不合理、股权融资隐性成本高等因素导致了房地产企业普遍存在的股权融资效率低的问题。最后本文从多个方面为房地产企业提高股权融资效率提供了相应的对策建议，希望能够丰富该领域的相关成果，并为其他行业提供相应的参考。关键字：房地产，融资效率，股权融资效率本科论文Abstract In recent years, with the steady development of the country's macro economy, the real estate industry has achieved rapid development. Whether the capitals can be fully and effectively utilized determines whether the enterprises can develop steadily. This paper studies the equity financing efficiency of real estate enterprises, and on the basis of a series of theories, discusses the factors influencing the equity financing efficiency from many aspects, and It also discusses the equity financing situation of real estate enterprises in China. It is found that the imperfect financial market environment, the unreasonable ownership structure, the high hidden cost of equity financing and other factors lead to the low efficiency of equity financing in real estate enterprises.
