摘 要财务风险是企业在经营过程中不可避免的现象，并且对于企业正常营运有着极为重要的影响。财务风险的存在会影响企业的最初收益，容易引起企业的债务危机和信用危机，造成资金链断裂，企业就无法正常的生产和经营。如何客观分析财务风险，需要内控管理帮助，采取有效的对策防范和避免财务风险。本文通过查阅相关资料并结合 TF 智能制造企业的财务风险实际情况，对企业财务风险管理这方面的工作现状和问题进行探讨及分析，并提出解决问题的具体对策，使企业增强财务风险防范的能力。在通过 TF 智能制造企业的财务数据分析和表外因素的分析，我们发企业目前所面临投资规划不合理、资金回收速度慢、资金结构不合理、内部控制制度的不完善和企业财务管理人员缺乏风险防范意识等带来的财务风险。受到全球智能手机市场负增长的影响，若对财务风险管理不当，则 TF 智能制造企业难以在激烈的市场里生存发展。为把握行业发展机遇，所以企业要科学投资，提高企业投资管理水平；加强对资金回收风险的控制；拓宽融资渠道，调节优化资金结构；建立健全内部控制体系；提升财务人员专业性和提高财务风险意识等来加强对财务风险的管控。关键词: 财务风险 内部控制 资金管理AbstractFinancial risk is an inevitable phenomenon in the business process of an enterprise and has a very important impact on the normal operation of the enterprise.
