摘 要如今经济市场的竞争日趋激烈，大环境下的企业对于自身的财务状况认知有所局限，在日益更新的经济环境之下，如何做好财务风险应对工作无疑是企业生存发展的首要考虑因素。本文选择 TCL 科技集团近四年的相关财务数据为分析对象，对该集团所存在的财务风险做出了研究，其中，本文相应地分析了营运、筹资、投资及收益分配风险，且进一步对比行业相应的平均水平而发现了存在的问题，并提出相应的防范措施，以期对 TCL 科技的财务风险管理活动给予一定的借鉴。关键词：TCL 科技集团 财务风险 风险管理 AbstractNowadays, with the increasingly fierce competition in the economic market, enterprises in the big environment have limited understanding of their own financial situation. In the increasingly updated economic environment, how to deal with financial risks is undoubtedly the primary consideration for the survival and development of enterprises. The paper chooses the financial data of TCL Technology Group in the past four years as the analysis object, and studies the financial risks of TCL technology group.
