表面增强拉曼光谱对饮料中核黄素的检测摘 要维生素涵盖各种类型的有机化合物,而这些有机化合物恰恰又是生物体当中必需的微量元素。此类元素仅能借助于饮食等外部手段获得,生物体无法自行产出。通常情况下,糖类及其脂肪将能构成细胞,并由此形成一定的能量然而维生素却并不含有此项功能。但是,生物体若想实现自身的新陈代谢,必须依赖于维生素的调节功能。自从发现表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)直到现在,在这几十年里的高速发展,围绕 SERS 技术已经取得了许多可喜可贺的成绩。SERS 能够提供简单、快速而且更重要的是无损伤的定性定量分析。所以,本文检测饮料中的核黄素的应用基于纳米银胶的 SERS 的检测技术。关键词:维生素;表面增强拉曼光谱;纳米银胶;核黄素PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIIAbstractVitamins are the collective name for a series of organic compounds.
