摘 要在初中数学的教学过程中,每个学生都存在着个体差异,而差异化教学能够根据学生的差异特性来进行教学,以此满足学生不同需求。本文就差异化教学进行了研究,概述了差异化教学的概念及其理论和现实依据;结合实习所在学校分析了当前初中数学差异化教学在教师、教学内容与教学管理等方面的现状和问题;提出了初中数学差异化教学在学生的分层、学习目标、教学设计及学情评价方面的具体实施策略;并通过关于二元一次方程组的初中教学实验来对差异化教学进行进一步的分析。关键词:初中数学;差异化教学;教学改革;教学管理1AbstractThe difference teaching is undoubtedly the most effective way to improve the level of education and teaching, to promote the development of students' personality and to stimulate students' internal potential, and it is also the general trend of junior high school mathematics education.
