摘 要体验经济是服务经济的更高层次,随着社会的飞速发展和体验经济时代的到来,人民生活水平不断提高,消费者对酒店也有了更高的需求。文章针对高星级酒店——宁德富力万达嘉华酒店,对其体验式营销策略展开研究,通过问卷调查的形式,从顾客对酒店的感官体验、情感体验、思考体验、行为体验和关联体验方面的感受评价入手,分析该酒店应用体验式营销过程中所存在的问题,根据问卷反馈的数据 ,了解顾客对酒店实施体验式营销的期待,再结合相关文献综述,总结出了几点可行性较高的应对措施,如体验市场探究、加强体验设计、关注体验营销队伍的培养、加强体验式营销宣传,以期能够对宁德富力万达嘉华酒店和我国酒店行业的良好发展带来一些具有参考性的意见。关键词:高星级酒店;体验式营销;体验设计;体验市场AbstractExperience economy is a higher level of service economy.
