北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文摘 要在当今时代,房地产企业推动着我国经济迅速发展,但是单纯的扩大项目建设已经无法满足人们对美好生活的向往和现代的住房需求。面对日愈激烈的竞争,各房企积极探索适合自己发展的管理模式,不断创新,确定有效的新的发展战略。进度管理是企业的核心管理目标之一,也是项目管理的重难点,有效的进度管理是公司按时完成建造目标的重要因素。本文选取了公司的三个在建项目,对其进度现状进行分析,重点对出现的进度问题进行分析,得出影响全周期进度的重要因素,从而探索解决问题的方法,进行项目优化,最后对 AY 公司的进度管理提出了保障措施建议。关键词:房地产项目 进度管理 进度控制 进度优化及保障1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Abstract In today's era of rapid development, real estate enterprises promote the rapid development of China's economy, real estate's simply expand has been unable to meet the need of people's aspirations for a better life and modern housing. It is an increasingly number of fierce competition, each housing enterprise explores the suitable management mode for its own development actively, they are not only constantly innovates, but also determine the effective new development strategies.Schedule management is one of the core management objectives of an enterprise, and it is also the key and difficult point of project management, the important factor for a company to complete its construction goals on time is effective schedule management.
