企业并购对企业价值的影响 ——以海尔并购通用家电为例摘 要近年来，我国经济发展迅速，许多深层次的矛盾在经济发展中显现出来。企业面临着一个全新的挑战。我国的产品需求增速变缓，而产业结构升级面临着巨大压力。市场竞争激烈，加之大数据和互联网等新技术的冲击，企业试图用并购的方式来扩大市场的规模。而在这种热潮下，并购给企业带来了怎样的价值影响，是一个值得深入研究的课题。本文主要选取了海尔并购通用家电的案例，第一部分主要叙述并购的研究背景、选题意义与文献综述，第二部分主要简述并购与企业价值的相关概述，第三部分是关于海尔并购通用家电的案例背景，第四部分是本文的核心部分，通过财务数据分析企业价值的影响。第五部分是研究结论。通过研究发现：海尔并购通用家电使得海尔的盈利能力和发展能力增强，营运能力和偿债能力的部分指标有所下降，但整体还在可接受的范围。海尔并购通用家电的价值影响短期来看是具有积极意义的。这些财务数据的分析，对其他企业并购具有一定的借鉴意义。关键词：并购；企业价值；海尔；通用家电The influence of M & A on enterprise value--- takes Hair's acquisition of GE Appliances as an exampleAbstractIn recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, and many deep-seated contradictions have emerged in the economic development.
