北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计公司 SM 生产线优化设计H 公司 SM 生产线优化设计摘 要以 H 公司的 SM 生产线为研讨对象,观察生产现场,搜集生产线工序内容和时间数据,绘制工艺流程图、流程程序图,应用 Flexsim 的仿真软件进行建模剖析现状生产线。找出瓶颈工序后改善,除此之外还用工业工程理论知识改善产品生产流程,减少不必要的搬运和停滞状态,接着把 0-1 整数规划算法输入 lingo 软件来计算得到最小生产节拍,然后重排合并工序作业顺序,提出最优的生产计划。也为其余企业提高生产线均衡率,提供参考。经过 H 公司的生产现场状况的分析,绘制出价值现状图,从图中分析生产线问题,北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计应用精益思维去改善,绘制出价值流的将来状态图。进而提高生产效率,缩短交货周期,满足客户的需求。最后,对生产现场的改善效果进行了总结和评估,并从经济学的角度讨论本次改善效果。关键词:生产线平衡;0-1 整数规划模型;FLEXSIM;价值流图Optimization design of SM production line of H CompanyAbstractTaking the SM production line of H company as the research object, observe the production 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计site, collect the process content and time data of the production line, draw the process flow chart and process program chart, and use the Flexsim simulation software to model and analyze the current production line.
