摘要论文题目 便携式数字显示水平仪设计。摘要在人类社会中,非常多的场合都需要进行角度测量,它是几何测量技术中必不可少的一个部分。水平仪是一种检测装置,通常被人们研制出来用于倾斜角度的检测。在工业制造中,它的作用经常为检测倾斜角度、装置的平面和直线程度以及设备垂直和水平位置等。本次毕业设计硬件方面是以 STC89C52 单片机和 ADXL345 传感器为中心,希望可以设计出一种功耗更低、精度更高、尺寸更小,而且更加便携的数显式水平仪。本文首先研究了 ADXL345 传感器感应原理,充分了解了它的工作原理和性能,其次确定总体设计方案,包括确定系统功能、硬件的选择和功耗的考虑,接着对水平仪的硬件方面和软件方面进行了细致的设计。其中,硬件方面的设计主要有:单片机模块、LCD1602 液晶显示模块和 ADXL345 传感器模块设计,软件方面的设计有:系统主程序、LCD 液晶显示程序和传感器数据收集程序设计。该装置整体工作过程为STC89C52 单片机检测 ADXL345 倾角传感器的信号,经过处理后将实际角度显示在LCD1602 液晶屏上。最终设计出的电子水平仪不仅整体小巧便携,还具有功耗低、可靠性高和启动快的优点,通过对实物性能进行测试,装置的角度测量范围为到,具有一定的实用性。关键词: STC89C52;ADXL345;数显式水平仪I燕山大学本科生毕业设计(论文)AbstractIn human society, Angle measurement is needed on many occasions, and it is an indispensable part of geometric measurement technology.
