论文题目: 便携式空调设计摘要家用空调和商场等场合使用的中央空调在设计之初是为了总体的制冷效果做出必要的牺牲,在一些户型的死角无法完美的做到制冷的。所以在一些特殊的场合需要一种便携式空调,本文我们先介绍国内外外便携式空调的发展,然后要讨论蒸汽压缩式制冷、溴化锂吸收式制冷以及半导体热电制冷对比它们的优缺点然后选出最有优势的制冷方式为蒸汽压缩式的制冷方法,利用压缩机不断压缩制冷剂不断的持续输出制冷量。通过制冷剂的热力计算冷凝器的设计计算、蒸发器的设计计算、对压缩机的设计计算以及对热力膨胀阀的设计计算,选择市场上已有的成熟压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器等设备并设计组装出一种便携式的手提式微型空调,采用 R22 作为制冷剂,制冷量需在 250W 至350W 之间。可以满足轻便制冷性能质量 8kg 左右,制冷量在 300W 采用 R22 制冷剂,体积 180mm×120mm×70mm 的手提式便携式空调。在高温的环境下帮助人们抵抗炎热给人体的生命安全和工作效率的不利因素。关键词 : 便携式空调、转子微型压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、电机AbstractThe central air conditioning used in home air conditioning and shopping malls was designed to make necessary sacrifices for the overall cooling effect. In the dead corner of some households, refrigeration can not be done perfectly. Therefore, in some special occasions, a portable air conditioner is needed. In this paper, we introduce the development of portable air conditioning at home and abroad. Then we discuss the advantages and disadvantages of steam compression refrigeration, lithium bromide absorption refrigeration and semiconductor thermoelectric refrigeration. Then choose the most advantageous way to refrigerate. A steam compression refrigeration method is used here, and the continuous output cooling capacity of the continuously compressed refrigerant is used.
