农民工养老保险的困境及其影响因素 The plight of migrant workers' endowment insurance and its influencing factors摘 要随着我国社会化进程的加快，农民工的问题日益突出。国家为了保障农民工的权益实行了养老保险制度，然而却出现很多问题。本文主要是针对这些问题进行研究，在指明问题现状后并分析成因，进而从根源上提出解决对策，以便建立最为完善的农民工养老保险制度。这有助于缩小发展差距，促进中国全面而可持续的良性发展。关键词：农民工；养老保险；保险制度；对策IABSTRACTWith the acceleration of socialization process in China, the problem of migrant workers is becoming more and more prominent. In order to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers, the state has implemented the old-age insurance system. However, there are many problems. Through the research of this paper is mainly aimed at these problems indicate the problems in the present situation and analyze the causes, and put forward the countermeasures from the source, in order to establish the perfect system of endowment insurance of migrant workers.
