中 文 摘 要高 新 技 术 产 业 风 险 投 资 退 出 方 式 研 究摘 要 ：高新技术产业发展是我国经济发展中重要的组成部分，风险投资是加速高新技术产业发展的重要因素，当风险投资进入高新技术产业，一个稳定的资本退出渠道对于高新技术产业和风险投资两个领域的发展至关重要。风险投资退出方式的选择受制于行业和经 济 环 境 中 综 合 因 素 的 影 响 ，本文主体部分首先介绍了高新技术产业风险投资退出的意义、作用和不同风险投资退出方式间的优缺点，接着通过我国风险投资退出现状，和使用不同退出方式的典型案例分析。指出我国高新技术产业风险投资退出方式存在的问题主要是市场政策制度不完善、退出中介体系不规范、现有退出渠道不顺畅、退出方式单一等。最后本文提出完善对应法律法规、规范风险投资退出中介体系、完善多层次资本市场、尝试多种退出方案 等 建 议 。关 键 词 ： 高 新 技 术 风 险 投 资 退 出 方 式 毕业论文外文摘要Research on the Exit Mode of Venture Capital in High-tech IndustryAbstractThe development of high-tech industry is an important part of China's economic development. Venture capital is an important factor in accelerating the development of high-tech industry. When venture capital enters high-tech industry, a stable channel of capital withdrawal is crucial for the development of high-tech industry and venture capital. The choice of exit mode of venture capital is influenced by the comprehensive factors in the industry and economic environment.The main part of this paper firstly introduces the significance, function and advantages and disadvantages of venture capital exit in high-tech industry. Then it analyses the status quo of venture capital exit in China and typical cases of different exit modes.
