罗森便利店江苏地区配送中心选址研究摘 要作为有发展前景，具有竞争力的新兴活跃零售形态连锁便利店于 20 世纪 80 年代末在我国兴起，现在在我国发展速度加快，据调查数据的结果来看，便利店的增长率超过百分之二十的城市占比所调查城市的百分之四十七点五。在此需求旺盛的背景下，客户对于生鲜品的新鲜度和商品的及时度等方面都对配送时效提出了至高的要求，所以便利店在满足消费者满意的前提下要做好配送工作，本文首先简要介绍罗森便利店江苏地区的发展概况，然后根据罗森现有的配送模式现状分析现阶段罗森配送存在的问题，针对所提问题分析建立配送中心的必要性，再通过灰色预测法预测出罗森 2017 年的年需求量，最后以此为基础运用定量分析法中的重心法来确定配送中心的具体位置，并对选址结果展开必要的定性分析。【关键词】 罗森；配送中心选址；灰色预测；重心法Research on Location of Jiangsu Distribution Center in Lawson Convenience Store AbstractAs promising, competitive form of emerging active retail chain convenience stores in China in the late 1980 s, the rapid development in our country, according to investigation statistics, the growth rate of convenience stores accounted for more than 20% of the cities survey 47.5% of the city.Under the background of the demand, the customer to have some samples of freshness and goods for distribution in such aspects as the timely degree of aging is put forward to high demand, so the convenience store on the premise of meet theCustomer satisfaction to increase distribution work.
