北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计薄板水浸超声穿透法扫查装置设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计薄板水浸超声穿透法扫查装置设计摘 要 在无损检测中,超声波穿透法是常用的方法之一,扫查检测是实现超声智能自动化检测的有一种有效手段,对于超声检测的效率和质量起到一定的意义。在探伤的过程中,检测人员需要多次调试修正仪器,调试复杂的问题,而扫查装置可以避免更多的人为因素干扰,如按压探头力度等,给无损检测提高更多的方便。本设计利用三轴丝杆扫查架、步进电机,驱动器以及单片机等设备,构建一个水浸超声穿透法扫查装置。上位机 PC 机系统软件该控制系统选用LabVIEW,而下位机核心器件为单片机,以 LabVIEW 的图形界面为操作平台,负责数据的采集和通讯。这样设计可以提高系统柔性、可扩展性,同时也降低了成本。关键词:薄板;超声穿透法;驱动器;三轴丝杆扫查架;单片机 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计AbstractIn Non-Destructive Testing, ultrasonic penetration method is one of the commonly used methods. Scanning detection is an effective way to realize the intelligent automatic detection of ultrasonic, which has a certain significance for the efficiency and quality of ultrasonic detection. In the process of flaw detection, the tester needs to debug and correct the instrument for many times, debugging complex problems, and the scanning device can avoid more human factors interference, such as the force of pressing the probe, and improve the convenience of NDT. This design uses three-axis screw scanning frame, stepping motor, driver and single-chip microcomputer to build a water immersion ultrasonic scanning device. The upper computer PC system software is LabVIEW, while the lower computer core device is single-chip microcomputer.
