本科论文摘 要高校社团作为学生课后学习和生活的重要组成部分，是大学生实践和丰富校园文化生活的重要平台。社团管理作为高校学生管理建设系统的重要组成部分，时刻备受社会和人们的关注，在加强社团管理的过程中也日益面临诸多挑战和一系列现实问题。本文选取长清区三所高校作为研究对象，通过文献研究、实际调研、问卷调查、比较分析等方法收集数据，对调查数据加以整理对比分析，发掘高校社团在发展过程中存在的主要问题，从社团管理模式、社团组织内部关系、人才的选拔任用等各个方面进行探讨，并提出相应的解决思路及改进意见。关键词：高校社团，管理，现状，对策本科论文AbstractAs an important part of learning and life after school, college societies are an important platform for students to practice and enrich cultural life on campus.
