初中道德与法治课课堂组织教学策略分析摘要:组织教学是初中道德与法治课堂教学中的必要环节,贯穿整堂课的始终。每个教学环节以组织教学为基础,做到经纬交织,环环相扣,把整个课堂有序地衔接起来,才能达到预设的教学目的和效果。组织教学以教师的教学机智、人格魅力、融洽的课堂氛围、教学语言等为有机元素,同时也包括多媒体教学工具、课堂纪律等辅助要素。因此,有效的教学组织策略,应当把有机元素和辅助要素有机结合,确保课堂教学目标的实现及教学任务的完成,尤为必要。 通过对课堂教学组织的探索、分析、反思,发现一些有意义的课堂组织教学策略,有助于教学者提高课堂教学水准,达到应然的教学效果。 关键词: 组织教学;策略;教学效果Analysis on the teaching strategies of the moral and rule of law class in junior high schoolAbstract: The organization teaching is the middle school morals and the rule of law classroom teaching essential link, runs through the whole class from beginning to end. Each teaching link is based on the organization of teaching, so as to interweave the warp and weft, link each other, and connect the whole classroom in an orderly way, so as to achieve the preset teaching purpose and effect. Organizational teaching takes teachers' teaching wit, personality charm, harmonious classroom atmosphere and teaching language as organic elements, and also includes auxiliary elements such as multimedia teaching tools and classroom discipline. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to combine organic elements and auxiliary elements to ensure the realization of classroom teaching objectives and the completion of teaching tasks.
