摘 要随着学前教育事业的蓬勃发展,越来越多的教育者投入到学前教育的行列之中。“教师成才备课始”,集体备课作为幼儿园教研活动,有效提升了幼儿教师的专业化发展水平和教育教学质量。本研究主要采用文献法、访谈法和观察法三种研究方法,通过对所获取资料进行整理归纳分析,笔者发现,幼儿园音乐教师在参与集体备课过程中存在有形无质,幼儿园领导在备课管理中手段不够务实,备课观念相对保守死板等问题。针对存在的这些问题,笔者从四个不同角度分析产生原因,进而提出相应的可行性指导策略,希望能够给予幼儿音乐教师在集体备课方面更多的帮助,促使集体备课在幼儿园有效实施,从而不断地促进幼儿音乐教师教育教学能力发展,为教师未来的专业化发展奠定坚实可靠的基础。关键词:幼儿教师;音乐教师;集体备课AbstractWith the vigorous development of pre-school education, more and more educators into the ranks of pre-school education.
