I民办院校毕业生创业意愿影响因素分析——以广州工商学院为例摘 要本文以广州工商学院的 2020 届毕业生为调查对象，通过问卷调查并结合文献研究，可以发现影响毕业生创业意愿的因素众多，包括创业的能力、创业项目的可塑性、创业资金资源、创业的经验、高校或政府的扶持、家人或朋友创业的经历等。根据这些影响因素，本研究从政府、高校、社会、家庭、个人五个方面，提出提高毕业生个人的素质与能力、完善创业扶持政策、加强创业知识的教育与宣传、营造积极的创业环境等方面，积极协调各方资源与力量，从而激发毕业生创业的积极性，推进创业活动，提高其创业成功率。 关键词：民办院校；毕业生；创业意愿IIAnalysis of Influencing Factors on Entrepreneurial Intention of Graduates from Private Colleges——Taking Guangzhou College of Technology and Business as an ExampleAbstractThis paper take the 2020 graduates of Guangzhou College of Technology and Business as the survey object, through questionnaire survey and literature research, we can find that there are many factors that affect graduates' entrepreneurial intention. Including entrepreneurial ability, the possibility of entrepreneurial projects, entrepreneurial capital resources, entrepreneurial experience, university or government support, family or friends entrepreneurial experience, etc. According to that influence of these factors, this research includes five aspects: government, universities, society, families and individuals. It is proposed to improve the quality and ability of graduates, perfect the supporting policies for entrepreneurship, strengthen the education and publicity of entrepreneurship knowledge, and create a positive environment for entrepreneurship.
