本科论文摘 要本文着手研究变革型领导与员工敬业度之间的关系,引入组织认同变量,研究对象是以新媒体行业为主,通过调查问卷收集数据,对变革型领导对员工敬业度的路径进行探究,引入了组织认同这一变量,利用 spss 数据分析软件对调查问卷的数据进行了分析,得出结论。研究证明:变革型领导对员工敬业度有正向作用、变革型领导对组织认同有正向作用以及组织认同对员工敬业度有正向作用。最后,本文根据研究结果进行了分析总结并提出了建议可以帮助企业更好的提高员工敬业度。关键词:变革型领导,组织认同,员工敬业度本科论文AbstractThis article starts to study the relationship between transformational leadership and employee engagement, introduces organizational identity variables, the research object is mainly in the new media industry, collects data through questionnaires, and explores the path of transformational leadership to employee engagement. spss data analysis software analyzes the data of the questionnaire and draws conclusions.
