摘 要21 世纪建筑业的快速发展是建筑设备租赁业的一个重大转折点，也是一个重大挑战，建筑设备租赁企业要想在竞争中脱颖而出，需要内部管理，本研究以建筑设备租赁业为研究对象，以沈阳鑫盛源建筑设备租赁站为例，探讨建筑设备租赁企业成本管理的重要性。本研究旨在运用先进的成本管理理念，加强企业成本管理工作，使企业少走弯路，为公司实施更具针对性和有效性的成本管理，建立合理有效的成本管理体系，这个研究不仅对公司的发展具有重要意义，对国内其他建筑设备租赁公司也具有重要意义。调查显示，该公司成本管理意识淡薄，未能形成一个完整的成本管理体系，主要问题是成本预算制度不健全，成本核算方法不合理，成本控制不严格以及成本考核表面化，最后针对这些问题提出了一些建议和措施，包括预算制度的建立，成本核算方法的改善，公司文化的渗透以及管理体系的的优化等等，最后明确了具体的奖惩措施，恩威并重，通过有效的手段解决了存在的问题，使公司获得更大的效益，使公司得到更好的发展。关键词：设备租赁行业； 成本管理问题； 成本分析 AbstractThe rapid development of the construction industry in the 21st century is a major turning point and a major challenge for the construction equipment leasing industry.
