示范区政策下小微企业管理研究——以深圳市冰川星机电设备有限公司为例【摘要】在《中共中央国务院关于支持深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区的意见》发布的影响下,小微企业将迎来新的挑战和机遇,论文以作者在小微企业深圳市冰川星机电设备有限公司实习经历为基础,结合对示范区政策的研究对小微企业管理的四个方面,战略管理,人力资源管理,财务管理,质量管理进行分析。得出小微企业应当在战略管理方面建立战略管理意识、优化管理结构和模式、变为全员参与的管理方式;在人力资源管理方面加强人才培养、减少家族成员比例、完善奖励机制、运用数据科技;在财务管理方面提高人员素养、健全财务制度、合理进行融资、把握政策机会、建立监控机制、控制资金流动、加强资金预算、降低营运风险;在质量方面建立监控体系、鼓励全员参与、重视企业创新、提高产品服务、建立统一标准、提高产品质量。【关键词】先行示范区;小微企业管理;战略管理;人力资源管理;财务管理;质量管理 Research on the management of small and micro enterprises under the policy of demonstration zone——Taking Shenzhen Glacier Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd as an example[Abstract] Under the influence of the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Supporting Shenzhen to Build a Pilot Demonstration Zone of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics", small and micro enterprises will usher in new challenges and opportunities.
