上市公司股利政策分析--以中国工商银行股份有限公司为例摘 要本文以中国工商银行股份有限公司为研究对象，对其股利政策进行研究。首先运用案例分析法，对中国工商银行股份有限公司历年股利政策及相关经营成果进行收集和整理，结合相关理论知识进行分析。接着运用描述性分析法，分析研究生命周期与股利支付水平。接着运用文献分析法，结合对股利问题的研究成果，察觉到了股利分配问题产生的原因。从中可以了得出解决的方案，首先，需要提升资本获取与管理能力，推进资产证券化以及注重资产结构；其次，需要拓展公司经营路径，包括做好中国工商银行股份有限公司协同工作、发展小微贷款、提高非利息收入占比以及提升客户综合满意度；最后，需要加强内部制约机制的建设，增加中小股东的股权占比与决策权表达，在公司内部形成制衡关系，尽可能消减代理成本。本文对于优化经济资源的最优配置，创造经济利润最大化，增强企业竞争力有重要意义。关键词： 股利政策；中国工商银行股份有限公司；生命周期理论PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIAn Analysis of Dividend Policy of Listed Companies- Take Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited as an ExampleAbstractThis article takes the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as the research object to study its dividend policy.Firstly, using the case analysis method, collect and sort out the dividend policies and related business indicators of the listed banks and other domestic banks of H-share market over the years, and analyze them with relevant theoretical knowledge.
