高校秘书专业礼仪教学刍议摘 要礼仪教学在高校秘书专业学生培养中具有重要的作用，礼仪在生活和工作中无处不在，因此礼仪教学的范围庞杂，礼仪教学只有进行针对性地教学，才能有的放矢，以实现教学的高质高效。通过调研，本文认为目前高校秘书专业的礼仪教学存在以下一些问题：对秘书礼仪课的重视不够，师资参差不齐、教学条件和环境不健全、教学方式较传统、评价和考核方式单一、教学和社会需求存在偏差等。为此，本文梳理了礼仪教学的目标和内容，并提出需要建立复合型的礼仪教学体系，具体包括：理论教学少而精、实践教学与知识点讲授相结合、建立多样化的实践教学模式和评价与考核模式。关键词：礼仪教学；教学目标；教学内容；教学方法；实践教学On Etiquette Teaching Of Senior Secretary Specialty Abstract Etiquette teaching in secretary specialty students in colleges and universities plays an important role, the characteristics of the need to etiquette teaching in a teaching, through the investigation and research, this paper argues that the current university teaching secretary professional etiquette of the following problems: not enough attention to secretary etiquette class, teacher is uneven, teaching conditions and the environment is not sound, compared with traditional teaching methods, evaluation and examination mode single, there exist deviations in teaching and social needs, etc. Therefore, this paper sorts out the objectives and contents of etiquette teaching, and puts forward the need to establish a composite etiquette teaching system, including: less but better theoretical teaching, the combination of practical teaching and knowledge point teaching, the establishment of diversified practical teaching models and evaluation and assessment models.Keywords: Etiquette Teaching；Teaching Objectives；Teaching Content；Teaching Methods；the Practice Teaching目 录一、引言.............................................................................1二、高校秘书专...
