广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）番禺珠宝厂“零库存”运营现状与对策分析Operation Status and Countermeasures Analysis of "Zero Inventory" for Panyu Jewelry Factory近年来，市场的不断变动对企业提出了越来越高的要求，库存积压、成本过高、资金周转困难等问题成为了企业前进路上的绊脚石，解决库存问题成了企业成长的一大关键要素。零库存作为一个创新性的管理模式被我国引进使用，依靠高效率、低成本获得了广大企业的重视，企业纷纷借鉴并对自身原有的库存管理模式进行改革优化，收获了一定的成效。但这对于我国企业还是属于一个不成熟的管理模式，当中也存在着许多需要改进的问题。本文针对广州番禺金功夫珠宝有限公司进行研究，对“零库存”管理进行 SWOT 分析，并通过该公司使用零库存管理模式后主要存在的与供应商、同行以及企业自身的问题进行分析，提出了对供应商进行考核，并建立最低安全库存；及时改进，不断优化现有零库存管理模式；更新信息系统，建立市场分析体系等解决方案，给其他企业的成本管理带来一定的启示。关键词：零库存；准时制生产；供应商；信息化AbstractIn recent years, the constant changes of the market have put forward higher and higher requirements for enterprises, inventory overstocking, high cost, capital turnover difficulties and other problems have become a stumbling block on the way forward for enterprises, to solve the inventory problem has become a key factor in the growth of enterprises.
