出口外贸型中小企业的外汇风险分析与管理摘 要随着我国市场和国际市场的合作越来越紧密，国家外汇管理体制改革的深入化，企业接触外币的机会越来越多，现代企业的货币风险部控制就越来越重要。外汇汇率风险预防作为现代企业内部控制监督体系的一个重要组成部分，在后危机时代如何参与外汇汇率风险内部预防体系建设，是确保现代企业内部持续有效运作的重要手段。外汇汇率风险预防是落实企业内部控制最后也是最关键的一环，一旦处理不当就会造成我们经常面临外汇风险的危机。本文以出口企业为例进行深入研究发现，不同企业面临的外汇风险不同，本文提出要增强外汇风险防范意识、加强外汇风险防范专业人才储备，设置风险管理职能部门，完善风险防范的监控控制，使用衍生金融工具避险，使用国际贸易融资工具避险等措施来切实有效的进行外汇风险管理。关键词：外汇风险 外汇风险管理 衍生金融工具IForeign exchange risk analysis and management of small and medium-sized enterprises exporting foreign tradeAbstractAlong with our country market and international market is more and closer cooperation, China's foreign exchange management system reform of thorough, the enterprise the chance of exposure to foreign currency is becoming more and more modern enterprise of currency risk control becomes more important.
