摘 要随着科学技术的发展，高校科研已经发展到一个新的阶段。科研项目不断增加，支持科研的力度也在增大，但是这些要素的发展是零散的，所以这些科研的项目仍需要具有一个专门管理的系统。建立这样一个系统不仅有利于规范科研项目，更对于高校的科研建设具有非常大的影响。本文从高校科研管理的水平以及推进高校教育信息化的角度出发,在通过文献调研分析现有科研管理系统的基础上,开发了一个基于 ASP.NET 的高校科研管理系统。本文以推进高校科研管理高效信息化为目标，阐述了高校科研管理系统的建设背景、需求分析、系统设计和实现等的方法和内容。该高校科研管理系统采用了三层框架技术、以 Visual Studio 作为开发环境，运用 ASP.NET 网络开发语言并结合 SQL Server 作为系统数据库软件搭建了满足学校需求的系统。 本高校科研管理系统包含了六模块：申报管理、结题管理、成果管理、经费管理、统计查询、系统管理。系统的管理高效而简洁，基本上把高校的科研数据进行了信息化的处理和记录对科研项目规范化管理，同时，提高了科研项目管理的便捷性，减轻工作负担，删除了繁琐的科研项目业务流程，对其实现简化的目标，增强管理效用，有利于对该系统进行推广应用，给予其他高校在科研管理这一方面以启示。关键词：三层架构；ASP.NET；管理系统；信息化1AbstractWith the development of science and technology, scientific research in universities has developed to a new stage.
