社区居家老年人的综合生活状况与养老意愿分析——以深圳市沙三社区为例【摘要】近年来，我国人口老龄化严重。城乡一体化的不断深入使城镇社区建设和社区居家养老模式受到愈多的关注。老年化衍生的社会问题和老人的晚年生活因地区有异而不同。基于此，我选取了深圳市宝安区沙井街道沙三社区作为研究社区，深入实地调查，通过观察、走访、填写调查问卷、访谈的方式接触老年人和社区相关负责人员，以资料和结果，就该社区居家老年人的综合生活状况与养老意愿进行讨论。本文共分为四个部分：一是通过文献查阅交代研究背景和意义，将中外养老现状进行交；二是从官方数据和人员沟通了解沙三社区的基本发展情况；三为对实地调查的实际操作和内容进行记录总结；最后进行结果分析，并提出建议。【关键词】社区居家；养老模式；养老意愿。注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： 。Analysis of the comprehensive living conditions and old-age wishes of the elderly in the community home--taking the Shasan community of Shenzhen as an example[Abstract] In recent years, China's population is aging seriously. With the deepening of urban-rural integration, more and more attention has been paid to urban community construction and community home-based pension model. The social problems and the old people's life are different from each other in different regions. Based on this, I selected Shasan community, Shajing street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City as the research community. Through in-depth field survey, through observation, visit, filling in questionnaires, interviews, I contacted the elderly and the relevant responsible persons of the community.
