居民对健康管理服务需求研究——以番禺区大石街道为例【摘要】目的：了解居民对健康管理服务的需求情况，根据需求情况分析健康管理服务现状与居民参与健康管理服务的影响因素，及其对我国大健康产业发展与健康管理服务新业态建设的启示，并展望健康管理服务的普及与开展对保障居民健康、提升居民健康水平这一目标的收获与成效。方法：查阅国内外关于健康管理需求研究等相关文献，收集有关健康管理需求研究的问卷，结合实际情况重新编写问卷内容。通过回收、筛选有效问卷，整理研究数据并对数据进行数量分析与差异分析。在数据分析的基础上，得出居民健康管理需求影响因素、内容等研究结果。最后根据实际研究结果提出健康管理服务有序发展的对策及建议。结果与结论：居民对健康管理知识与社区健康管理服务知晓度低下，社区健康管理服务使用率低，但居民参与健康管理意愿高，期望经济实用、实效便捷的健康管理服务。针对研究结果，首先，加大卫生事业投入，发挥政府的宏观调控作用；物价制定部门应当合理厘定健康管理服务费用。其次，由医疗行政部门牵头，各级医疗机构与各大健康管理机构从市场需求方面入手整合健康管理服务资源、搭建健康管理服务平台、构建健康管理新模式，规范健康管理服务标准、提升健康管理质量，紧贴市场需求、丰富服务内容、提供实效便捷的健康管理服务。最后，普及健康管理知识，更新人民群众的健康观念，积极参与健康管理，提高居民健康水平与生命质量。【关键词】健康管理；需求研究 注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： 。Research on the requirement of health management services about the inhabitants—take the inhabitants of Dashi Town in Panyu Tistrict as an example[Abstract] OBJECTIVE ：In order to understand the situation of requirement about health management among the inhabitants, and make an analysis of the influence factors and status analysis on the basis of the situation of needs about the inhabitants’ health management, so as to obtain the enlightenment with respect to the development of massive health industry as well as reach the target that guarantee the inhabitants’ health.
