I 高校教学秘书心理初探—以驻济高校为例摘 要高校教学秘书(下文简称教学秘书)在整个高校管理体系中,既是管理者,又是执行者。他们一方面承担着管理者的角色,即对学生的入学、学习、考试、毕业进行安排,对老师排课调课等进行管理;另一方面他们又承担着执行者的角色,执行领导下达的任务,并将与老师及学生相关的信息及时传达。高校教学管理工作受教学秘书工作质量的影响,因此,教学秘书在高校工作中有着重要的地位。本论题以驻济高校为例,对驻济高校教学秘书的心理健康状况进行调查,分析其心理状况,从心理学角度出发,结合其工作性质寻找内部原因,并提出相应的建议措施。这样的研究对高校教学秘书提高工作效率,适应工作岗位,更好地成工作具有重要意义。关键词:高校教学秘书;心理问题;解决措施IIAbstractThe teaching secretary of colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as the teaching secretary) is both a manager and an executive in the whole university management system.
