第 1 页 共 26 页摘要随着社会的不断发展，教师这个特殊又平凡的职业就显得越来越重要和不可替代，亦是愈加为大众所重视，所以教师们被提出了更严苛的要求也是理所当然的。随着教师被社会重视的程度增加，教师这一职业与其它职业同样体验到职业竞争的危机和心理压力。对于中国的教育系统来说，教师的作用也显得更加的重要了。而高校教师在这当中又是职业倦怠的高发人群，高校教师的工作效率、成果和满足感甚至是身心健康都深受职业倦怠的影响，从而影响高校的办学。本文研究用基于改进的马斯拉奇和杰克逊职业倦怠量表的调查数据分析，研究高校教师职业倦怠的现状与影响以及对其的应对策略，让教师可以直面挫折，顺利走过职业生涯的低谷，以防出现职业倦怠。关键词：高校教师；职业倦怠量表；现状与影响；应对策略第 2 页 共 26 页AbstractWith the continuous development of society, teachers, a special and common profession, are becoming more and more important and irreplaceable, and more and more attention is paid by the public, so it is natural to put forward more strict requirements for teachers.
