本科论文摘 要随着社会经济水平和文明程度的不断发展，人们的生活标准也跟着不断提高，在生活中饲养宠物已经是一个非常普遍的现象，宠物犬更是宠物中的明星产品。不过事物通常都具有两面性，宠物犬虽然丰富了人们的精神生活，但也产生了一些负面效应，这些负面效应一直持续不断地影响着我们的生活，并一直没有消减。本文以我国城市饲养宠物犬引起的问题为出发点，通过分析引起这些问题的原因，找出我国城市养犬管理工作的不足之处，对完善我国城市养犬管理工作提供切实可行的建议，以便我国城市文明的建设。关键词：宠物犬饲养，城市管理，社会问题，解决措施AbstractThe rapid development of social economy brings about the improvement of people's living standards.
