两岸养老产业政策比较研究【摘要】中国目前正处在人口老龄化迅猛发展时期，国家对这一趋势也提出了相应的号召与政策措施，所以中国养老产业的发展以及怎样发展得好已经成了一个关键性的问题。尽管国家为应对这一问题出台了相关的政策，可各地在落实这些政策时由于认识的不同而体现出一定的差异，并且投入到养老产业的资本会因此受到不同的制约。值得注意的是，相较于大陆来说，台湾更早遇到人口老龄化这个问题，并且台湾整体的经济是属于发达经济地区，在如何更好的解决老龄化问题上，特别是在如何发展以及培育养老产业上，台湾付出了很多的努力并且卓有成效，一些成功的经验给予大陆的养老产业运行与发展以启发，其经验值得我们借鉴和学习。本论文是基于海峡两岸政府对养老产业发展和政策制定进行对比研究，详细介绍了各自根据不同情况而制定的制度。并进行对比总结台湾养老产业发展对大陆的启示。【关键词】养老产业；养老政策；海峡两岸注：本论文（设计）题目来源于教师的国家级（或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业）科研项目，项目编号为： 。 A Comparative study of Old-age Industrial policies between the two sides[Abstract] On the premise that China has entered the rapid development stage of population aging society, the development of pension industry and how to develop China's pension industry has become a key issue, and the outline of the Twelfth five-year Plan also proposes to actively deal with the problem of population aging. However, when the national policy is implemented at the grass-roots level, there are regional differences due to different understanding and effects in different regions, and the entry of social capital into the pension industry is therefore restricted to varying degrees.
