本科论文本科论文摘 要高校后勤是我国高等教育事业中不可或缺的一部分。近些年来，高校扩大招生规模已成常态，高校后勤部门正面临着新的挑战和机遇。在现阶段，如何能够推进高校的后勤精细化管理进程，提高后勤部门的管理水平与服务质量，有效降低其运作的成本，是当今高校后勤工作开展的重中之重。本文通过案例分析法以及理论联系实际分析等方法研究山东交通学院第一餐厅后勤精细化管理的主要特点、具体实践情况，再提出上海师范大学后勤精细化管理“6T 实务”模式设计，与山东交通学院餐厅后勤精细化管理形成比较，最终结合两所学校后勤精细化管理的优缺点，对我国高校后勤实施精细化管理的策略研究进行分析和阐述。本文的研究目的，是希望能够借精细化管理理念对高校后勤进一步改革的机会，提高后勤部门服务师生，保障高校教学科研工作正常运行的能力，能真正意义上做到节能减排，为全校师生提供优质服务，为管理者提供一套更具有实践意义的管理方案。 关键词：高校后勤，精细化管理，管理模式设计本科论文AbstractCollege logistics is an indispensable part of higher education in China.
