摘 要冲压式秸秆蜂窝煤成型机是把秸秆加入到模盘中，然后经过冲压这一动作把秸秆加工成成型的蜂窝煤。蜂窝煤成型机可以选用的机构种类繁多，可以做出多种设计方案，我们在冲压式秸秆蜂窝煤机原有的基础上进行创新，从而能够更好地实现机构的功能，即将秸秆冲压成形，清理碎屑，运输出成型的蜂窝煤。冲压式秸秆蜂窝煤成型机的各机构的设计要进行合理分析和准确计算，同时，设计出的零件经过安装以后要能够正常运行。本课题在设计的过程中，需要对各机构进行选型，以及校核和设计传动装置、冲压装置、扫屑装置以及分度机构。运用机械设计、机械原理等学科的知识。【关键词】秸秆；机构；冲压式Abstract The stamping straw honeycomb coal forming machine is to add straw to the die plate, and then process the straw into shaped honeycomb coal by stamping.
