佛山市药店处方药销售规范性调查【摘要】目的:本研究旨在通过了解佛山处方药销售相关文献研究，了解药品网络销售质量控制现状，找出药品网络销售质量控制方面存在的问题，借鉴国内外药品网络销售质量控制经验，探讨药品网络销售质量控制的策略与建议。方法 采用文献研究法、专家访谈法、实地调查法、统计分析法对所调查数据进行统计分析。结果：1、总体而言，以佛山市为例大部分的药店对于处方药销售都遵循药品管理的相关法律法规。2、仍存在有部分药店处方药未凭处方进行销售、执业药师并不在工作岗位上的问题。3、执业药师存在分配不均情况，大药房执业药师人员过剩，小药房存在执业药师紧缺的情况。结论：药品作为一种特殊的商品，关系到消费者的生命健康安全，所以对于药品的经营质量控制应该足够重视。由于佛山市零售药店数量多、市场竞争激烈，有部分药店遵纪守法意识较差，为了追求利润最大化，无视国家法律法规，出现很多违法违规销售处方药行为，造成药品的滥用。如何规范零售药店处方药的销售行为，成为了当下急需解决的一个问题我认为加强监督检查，严查各种违法违规行为，对各种违规销售处方药行为进行依法处罚，是最好的解决办法。 【关键词】药店；处方药；规范性；执业药师；安全用药；药品不良反应A survey on the sales norms of prescription drugs in Foshan drugstores [Abstract]Object: The purpose of this study is to find out the existing problems in the quality control of drug network sales, and to explore the strategies and suggestions for the quality control of drug network sales by learning from the experience of quality control of drug network sales at home and abroad Methods: The methods of literature research, expert interview, field investigation and statistical analysis were used to analyze the data.
