I题目柴油机增压中冷器数值模拟与设计摘要在讲述,中冷器类型、结构中,介绍了高效换热器、板翅式换热器的结构原理对东风朝柴 CY4100ZLQ 增压发动机估算出增压后温度、空气质量流量及增压比,计算出了增压空气在中冷器处的进口流量及进口温度。然后再根据风扇所产生的冷空气流量,环境温度及中冷器出口温度,计算出中冷器需要散失的热量,再去确定中冷器的传热系数,同时对压力损失、增压温度、散热面积进行校核。用软件绘制出设计的中冷器零件图,利用 CFD 商业软件 Fluent 中的前置处理器 Gambit 对该中冷器网格划分、边界条件定义,再导入 Fluent 进行边界条件设定、模拟计算和结果分析,最后确定中冷器优化的方向及优化措施。关键词:CFD 技术;柴油机;冷器数值模拟;设计IIIIIABSTRACTThe article introduces the structure theory of High Efficiency Heat and Plate-fin Heat Exchange by elaborating the types and structures of the Int.
